Volunteer Recruiter is a position in Youth Guidance that will allow you to be a volunteer and use your social skills in a natural capacity.

Volunteer Commitment:

• Place pictures of youth from the Youth Guidance waiting list on your fridge.
• Explain the mentorship program to the best of your ability to peers, etc. as they ask about pictures.
• Give interested persons the opportunity to join the team as a volunteer/prayer partner/or financial partner.
• Annually participate in an interactive role at a Youth Guidance events.
• Attend one Youth For Christ fundraising event per year & invite others to join you.
• Take time with potential candidates for coffee, etc. and make a preliminary assessment weather they would make a suitable volunteer/mentor for YG.
• Refer potential volunteers to Youth Guidance Director.
