Here at Worth Unlimited we strive to assist underprivileged youth to gain knowledge within the work force. Above that, Worth Unlimited also trains youth in life skills, budgeting, work ethics, and once a week holds meetings that focus on God-related isJeffs.

If you are interested in enrolling a youth within our program these are the steps to take:

• Contact our Worth Unlimited Director Henry Boehlig, using the contact information below.
• Complete the Worth Unlimited Referral Summary which is provided below. The application must be forwarded to our office.
• The applicant's name will then be added to a waiting list. Once a position opens the applicant will be contacted by our Worth Unlimited staff for an interview.
• During this interview process, our staff will go through the expectations of the youth, go over information in regards to our supervisors, review work ethics and consequences of positive and negative actions, wages, pay increases, etc. (Applicant may attend meeting alone or with a guest such as a social worker, guardian etc.)
• Upon the applicant getting accepted on staff, he or she can usually be expected to begin working with Worth Unlimited the following day.

• What is the Worth Unlimited wage for youth enrolled in the program?
  $6 per hour at start.
  
  
• What clothes does one wear when working with the Worth Unlimited team?
  Obviously it is important that one wears "seasonally appropriate" clothing. Good working boots or shoes are crucial (no open toed shoes). One Worth Unlimited shirt is provided. Additional shirts can be purchased at a minimal cost. Wearing a Worth Unlimited shirt each day is mandatory. Work gloves can also be purchased at our office.
  
  
• Is lunch provided?
  No! PLEASE ensure youth is equipped with an adequate lunch and a water bottle as this is not provided.
  
  
• What happens if youth is required to attend court during a work day?
  It is vitally important that 24hrs notice is given to the Worth Unlimited staff!
  
  
• When can the applicant expect to get paid?
  Worth staff get paid every two weeks.
