We believe God has called us to work with disadvantaged youth and prepare them for employment opportunities for their future. Through this process we are given the ample opportunity to present the Gospel message of Jesus Christ. We are looking for staff that not only have the ability to assist youth in the area of skill development, but also have a heart to see youth's lives transformed through Christ.

We are asking God to provide us with staff who posses the following:

• Have a heart for God.
• Have a burden to reach out to un-churched youth
• Are able to be a positive role model in work ethic and in lifestyle
• Are willing to be an active part of a team
• Are able to supervise and give direction to youth in a work related environment
• Are self-motivated
• Are an active participant of a local church community/body
• Are willing to seek further self-growth through things like seminars & courses
• Are able to raise a percentage of their salary through tax-deductible donations

Those who are willing to accept these criterion will be asked to comply with the following requests:

• Submit an Youth for Christ Application Form (provided below) complete with references.
• Attend at least one formal interview with the Executive Director and Worth Unlimited Director.
• Compile a list of names and addresses of at least 125-200 people who may consider supporting you in the ministry of Youth For Christ.
• With guidance from the Executive Director and Worth Unlimited Director, set a target starting date of employment.
• Begin the fundraising process by sending out an official letter from the Executive Director of Youth For Christ to your potential supporter list.
• Put full effort into raising support, with the aid of Executive Director and Worth Unlimited Director when needed.
• Read through the YFC policy manual.
• Sign Youth For Christ's Mission Statement and Statement of Faith
• Be involved in the local church
